Problem with BI Publisher

I am having a strange problem with BI Publisher in my development environment that just started happening yesterday.  When I go to the Admin-BI Publisher -> Generate Sample Data view and select the appropriate IO, the Generate Sample XML button is now grayed out, preventing me from generating my file.  It was working fine then stopped after I made a couple of changes to the app.  What I did was to create a new link and BC and then add the BC to a BO to be used by a report.  I then compiled the srf and restarted the Siebel
