We want to know what is the latest CPU for Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 On IBM AIX(64 bit)platform

 We have gone through the link before but we need your clarification:We are using IBM AIX(64 bit) with ORACLE 10.2.0.4.0. In the document we have below table. Is this applicable to our environment so far this release (CPUJUL2013) is concerned?  If it is applicable to our environment, what is the patch number? When we search based on the patch number 16742253 we do not have any result. But searching with bug number, the classification of the patch is ‘Contolled’ as showed bellow.
This is why we want to know what is the latest CPU number for Oracle 10.2.0.4.0 on IBM AIX(64 bit) platform.
