Object Reservation missing in 9.1

Hi,     We have observed that object reservation is missing in 9.1 for WO Parts list & WO Routing Appliations in 9.1.The UDC 00/RR is properly set up.The same is happening in 8.12.Is there any SAR that needs to be applied in 9.1?Just wondering
