Issue with scheduling of reports from Reports Manager - R12.FRM.B.3

All,

We are seeing a issue in Reports Manager scheduling of reports.

Reports Manager submission of a scheduled report kicks off a pair of requests that have inconsistent schedules:
eg.,Submission of Budget Detail Dept Analysis, scheduled for once a day Monday->Friday between Start: 20-AUG-2013 02:00:00 End: 13-SEP-2013 00:00:00

Kicks off following concurrent requests:
ConcReq: 13686710 Budget Detail Dept Analysis (Financial Statement Generator) Schedule: Once: 20-AUG-2013 02:00:00
ConcReq: 13686711 Budget Detail Dept Analysis (Publish and Presentation Program) Schedule: Specific: 20-AUG-13 to 13-SEP-13: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 1

The request consequently runs once and stops.

The same report at another time schedules correctly
