Receiving Error - Transaction Status Summary

Hello All

We are doing MSCA receiving , while doing the receiving some of the line quantity of the PO's are not getting received. Further checking we can see the records in the "Transaction Status Summary" form with the error. Also i noticed that if the item is serial controlled ONLY one item is getting recieved, rest are in the transaction status summary form with the same error,

RVTTH-115b: Subroutine process_transaction() returned error

Cause:        Subroutine process_transaction() returned an internal error.  

Action:        Note this error number and the actions you are trying to perform. Contact your system

I tried searching the metalink for the above error and did get few notes however I need not get any specific resolution for this.
