In shipping transactiions form Deliveries tab Status shows "closed"

Hi Team,

For one particular delivery in shipping transactions form status shows as below before ship confirming the delivery.

Deliveries Tab :  Status  = "Closed"

Contentes tab : Line status = "Staged/Pick Confirmed"

                       : Next Step = " Ship Confirm/Close Trip Stop"

For this Order line status is showing as "Picked".

The issue is occuring frequently.  Why the delivery is getting closed before ship confirming.  The issue is occuring frequently.

1.  Please let us know reasons (RCA) for the issue.

2. What to do to resolve the issue.
