Error while setting up purchasing

 Hi All,

I am getting the following error while setting up purchasing for one of my operating units.

I go in to Choose the set of books and upon saving this error 

ORA-04098: trigger 'APPS.AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_A_ITA' is invalid and failed re-validation

ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_AIP", line 9

ORA-06512: at "APPS.AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_AI", line 1

ORA-04088: error during execution of trigger 'APPS.AP_SYSTEM_PARAMETERS_ALL_AI'

Purchasing options form shows the below errors:

ORA-01403: no data found
