Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. General Ledger - EBS (MOSC)

NOt able to Open First GL Period

Dear All,

When I try to open the very first period in GL, the program error out with following error message-

OOAP0014: Unable to find the closing status of the target period: Apr-13

Can somebody help me in diagnosing this issue?
