Enhancement Request Bug 14382784 - ISSUE WARNING FOR DUPLICATE ENTRY OF TAX ID

The Duplicate Data Verification processing option on Address Book Control Revisions (P010513) either prevents or will allow duplicate Tax IDs.  Can you add the option to issue a warning when you attempt to enter a duplicate Tax ID?
  
Address Book Control Revisions (P010513) processing option:

DUPLICATE DATA VERIFICATION:         

 2. Enter a '1' to prevent duplicate  

    entry of Tax ID.  If blank,       

    duplicate Tax ID is allowed.
