Express Order Add/Edit - Sold To Customer setup

Hi,

I am having tough time setting up Customer Contacts for Sold To Customers, so that they show up in Express Order Add/Edit page.
Currently no customer comes in the drop down of Sold To Customer on the Express Order page.

Peoplebooks says that on the Contact User Profile page, create a user profile.
However, when I go to that Contact User Profile page, it does not allow me to enter any user information. The User Name, Password are grayed out. I do not want to create a User profile. I want to attach the existing User with this contact.
