 Hi Sathish :This thread will address your following issue

 We recently received Translation patches for Japanese Language "Patch : 17325043" and we are seeing below error message during patch install.

Log file: /u14/app12sprt/SPRT/apps/apps_st/appl/admin/SPRT/log/JA_b8969882_ldt.log
Error calling FNDLOAD function.

The file /u14/app12sprt/SPRT/apps/apps_st/appl/ap/12.0.0/patch/115/import/appmtpgm.lct could not be opened for reading
Current system time is Wed Aug 28 11:58:21 2013
