Invalid objects after patching

Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

On Demand has report several invalid objects after upgrade to 12.1.3
After compiling invalid objects, they still have

Most of the Invalid objects owned by Public are SYNONYMs related to EUL ( discoverer), DQ4V$ related.
Apps objects are mostly packages related to FFP  (fast formulas) related to HR
Suggested Invalid FFP Objects (Doc ID 1331911.1) for FFP related issue.
