Redline Only report in Agile

We are looking for a tool that can help summerize the "What's changing" for an ECO.  I know there is the built in Change Package report, however that shows all BOM items. So with our flatter BOM's and structure it can get huge.  (In one report.. I would see 2 pages of BOM data and then in the middle was the Redline.  It was easy to miss.)

So what we want is a "Redline only" report.. similiar to the Change Package but only showing the Redlines and removing all of the info that is not changing.  Basically the ability to see everything on a few pages max and very easy for approvers to execute.  This would be used by Eng and Supply Chain mainly during approval process.   They are not going to want to do the many steps it takes to run the current report many times a day by the many people approving.
