AIA parameter causing issues with products having aggregate discount

We are using Siebel ecommunications 8.1.1.7 and have dynamic pricer. We are using OOB integration with AIA. We notice when we set Enable AIA Comms to TRUE the net prices on quote line items for the products which have aggregate discounts associated do not calculate correctly. They have their original price instead of the aggregate discount price. To correct this user needs to manually click Reprice All from Menu. If I set the parameter to false then we see that the net prices are getting calculated correctly. There were some workflows which check for this parameter and execute different steps based
