Error PCC-S-02201, PCC-F-02102 while compiling code

Hello,

I am getting below errors while compiling my .pc file. This code was compiling few days back. DBA's confirmed they have not changed anything from their side.

Database version we are using is Oracle 11g on Solaris 10 (64 bit)
