How to Add a New Requisition Line to Draft Negotiation?

Dear All

I created a new negotiation in sourcing application with reference number Y using a requisition line X

This new negotiation Y has been saved a draft document

 

Now, I need to add a new requisition line Z to same negotiation document. Is it possible?

If Yes, How to do that?

If No, is there oracle reference document?

Note: I adjusted the profile option "PO: Default Requisition Grouping" to "Default"
