message flow is not happening from RIB to SIM

 Hi
in sim application 13.2.4 the message flow is not happening from RIB to SIM and in the log i am getting this below error

Aug 28, 2013 3:57:45 PM oracle.retail.integration.framework.common.service.RetailServiceFactory getService
SEVERE: Fatal Error ! Service lookup failed due to ( Fatal Error while calling remote Ejb (Class).
This may be due to ANY one of these reasons
[1]. JNDI configuration may be incorrect please check the file (retail/remote_service_locator_info_*.xml).
[2]. Remote application or the Hosting app server may be down.
[3]. Network connectivity failure.

i know the we need to edit this "remote_service_locator_info_*.xml"
