Daily Export of leads who's Lead Status changed

 Hello,
we need to capture and export leads who's status changed on a day. This process would need to be run daily, probably over-night. How can we achieve this ? From what I've know, we still don't have a batch export utility, so guess it's got to be done with Web Services.. did anyone do something similiar?
