Hide/Show folder in Spaces, based on logged in User

Hi,
Spaces application is talking to UCM for content.

I have 2 users ExternalUser and InternalUser and a folder Test in UCM.
I wanted to configure the folder Test in such a way that when InternalUser logs in, the folder should be visible and writable.
But when ExternalUser logs in, the folder should not be visible.I tried AccessControlList and ItemLevelSecurity. But which are not helpful to meet the requirement completely.

Any suggestions would be grateful.
