Create PO without Buyers?

Hi All,

Please tell me that only added BUYERS can access the AUTOCREATE option, no other user who is not added as Buyer, first?

Because my client want below thing

In this manage buyer workload will not come as there are no specific buyers,

 

While searching the approved requisition remove buyer from there and it will search all approved requisitions.

I tried the above thing by removing the buyer name (on the autocreate form page) and all approved requisitions came after searching and I selected one of them (which belongs to me) for AUTO PO creation but as soon as PO created default buyer name come in Buyer field of the PO form, the user through which I logged into the system. (this user is added as buyer)
