No records are retrived when using 'all contacts' address' in istore

HI,

In istore after adding the items to cart i want to select  one address from all the address displayed for all the contacts ie from view by :'all contacts' addresses'

but it is not retriving any records.

Please review the attached screen shot and advice me.
