Task Level Transaction Control Effective Date is not mirroring the Project Start Date in 11i

Hi All,
Appreciate any help on this and thanks in advance.

When creating a Project from a Template with new Start Date and Finish Date, these new Dates are reflected on Project Header and Tasks, however on Task Level Transaction Control the "Effective Date from" are from Template rather than the Project Start Date
