RDF additive and multiplicative methods return "No Generated"

Hello to everybody!

I faced a problem in Interactive Forecasting workbook. Forecast is built on month level, there are 4 years of available history, Winters Min Hist (Periods) is set to 12, there is seasonality. Season method gives good forecast but both Additive and Multiplicative methods return "No Generated". It happens for all loc and prod hierarhies. Screenshots are attached.

Does anybody have adea why namely these 2 methods are not suitable?
Any help is high appreciated!
