Two Node Cluster RMAN Strategy Help Needed

Hi - I have a 11g two node cluster that uses ASM in a Windows Environment.  I have local storage available on the Hosts for my RMAN Backups.  I would like to accomplish the following....can anyone provide some advice on how to do it best?

Duplex backups, including archlogs, control files to both host's local storage so that the whole backup is available in the envent of one node being unavailable.  I would also like to use parrallelism to speed things up.
