How to get one Contact tied to many Brands and Franchises by Lead

We are trying to find the easiest way to tie our Leads to one Contact Owner based on multiple levels such as Franchise and Brands.  The end Goal is listed below. 

We are seeking help from Oracle Community Support and welcome any suggestions you may have.

End Goal:  Have one Contact tied to many Brands and Franchises by Lead.

In many cases there are multiple Franchises owned by the same Contact. In addition, multiple brands can be tied to the same Contact.

 Example, John Doe could be the Contact for KFC and Hardees that is responsible for Franchises AB and BBB that are tied to another level called Brands which for example could be Taco Bell.
