Re-org's

 We had EBS for over 10 yrs in our company.
Recently upgraded to R12.

Database growth seems to be higher after our upgrade. 
also see row-chaining.

Are customers doing any regular re-org ? 

OE_ORDER_LINES_ALL is one such key table for us and has millions of records and has row-chaining.

When i am looking at re-org found out that it is in 128k extents.

Any standards around extent sizes for EBS R12 ?
