Asset status = loaded but cant find the asset on Load Preview - Financial

Hi,
       Im on PSFT 9.1 i have assets that were loaded "successfully" but i cant find them on the Financial side. Also If i go to: Asset Transactions - Owned Assets - Basic add and look for a specific asset on the general information tab the asset status says : Received (Not in service). One that was loaded i can find it on the Financial side which is in: send/receive information - approve financial information - review. Another difference is that when i go through the Basic Add the one that was fully loaded so to speak on the asset
