Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Costing is using 07 std cost. I would like to stop the average cost from being calculated online. This will create entries in F41051.

Besides the system constants and UDC 40 /AV is here something else that needs to be done.

Do you need to restart the servers? Anyone has done this before thanks for your answer.
