VCP Patch 16974659 (12.1.3.9) on EBS 12.1.3, SLES 10 x86_64 Relink: MSC module MSCCPP

 Hi,
Applying VCP 12.1.3.9 patch #16974659 to our EBS 12.1.3 instance on SLES 10 x86_64 and encounter the below error when the patch tries to relink MSC module MSCCPP.
