Migrating From Oracle Restart to Oracle Clusterware

 Hi,I  have oracle restart (11.2.0.2) running  in AIX HACMP cluster environment. I am planing to move out from HACMP  to Oracle RAC. I did try to find document, but could not find any proper document.

Please let me know if any one can help out.
