Fine-grained administrator privileges

There are three levels of Administrator role privileges for users wanting to use OEM to look at their databases
View:  Ability to view properties, inventory and monitor information about a target
Connect Target Read-only:  Ability to connect to target in read-only mode
Connect Target:  Ability to connect and manage target

We've created dynamic EM groups and assigned hosts and databases to those groups; we then provide users access to the selected targets via EM roles.

People without a need to log into the database are happy with 'View'.  People that need to dig in are generally happy with 'Connect Target read-only' where they're required to use their own credentials to connect the database.

Howdy, Stranger!
