Applying the patch 14078187:R12.HZ.A causes 32K invalid objects.

Hi Team,
After applying the patch 14078187:R12.HZ.A in customer instance, it created more than 32K invalid objects.
Customer is able to compile the objects manually, but please let us know how to fix it and why these objects got invalid.
