Not able to deactivate an Employee on Enter Person Screen in EBS 11i

I need to end date an employee on Enter Person page on EBS.

but when i am giving End Date .e.g 20-AUG-2013. I am getting beloww error message:

'This Combination has expired'. Also attached in the doc error screen.'

Please help how to end date.
