Error Occurred: Functional Testing WEB ADI

Hi,

We are using Web Applications Desktop Integrator (Web ADI) with Oracle Applications 11i running on a 10G database, We have successfully tested WebADI functionalities in development and QA environment and cannot replicate the below issue to these 2 regions which happened in production environment when users trying to access WebAdi for the first time after being provided WebADI responsibility.

 

Version details:

 

• Oracle application 11.5.10.2

• Microsoft Excel 2010

• RDBMS Version: 10gR2

• Microsoft Internet Explorer 9

• Product: Applications Desktop Integrator

• Platform Microsoft Windows 7 service pack 1

 

Error Occurred: Functional Testing WEB ADI:

 

The excel sheet (Microsoft office is 2010) is created but the following fatal error shows up like
