How to uninstall disconnected agent

Hi all,
I recently reinstalled our EM CC server from scratch (both OS and EM 12.1.0.3) and discovered later on an old agent which we forgot to deinstall before reinstalling the OMS/Repository server. What is the best way of getting rid of all of the old agent software on an agent which have lost the connection to OMS ? All documentation pointers I have seen assumes that the OMS/Repository server is alive and well.
