how to change the Sourcing Requisition tab Document Builder Outcome type?

By default On the Sourcing Demand work bench, requisition tab document builder outcome is showing as "Blanket Purchase Agreement" please find attached screen shot. Is there any profile or set up to control this default Outcome value?
