cash forecasting and positioning external source

 Hi  all
I want to setup cash forecast template.

this template need to incorporated with  third party system interfaced  cash Inflow and Outflow data. (core finance system upload cash in and out journal entry to the  oracle General ledger)

but accouding to my study i was able to cooperated oracle ap, ar and cm cash inflow and outflow, please let me know how to add  third party system interface cash out and in flow to forecast.
