How to check Actual Resource Charged

 Hi
How can i check the actual resource charged before completing an operation. the problem i faced is that, i am using MASS TIME ENTRY to update actual resource time, but some times i charged resource twice because i can not check weather i have already charged that resource or not.

On work order it did show actual charged time until i complete that operation.
