Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Not able to link rollup group to the KFF values

HI All,

We are in version 12.1.2

We have setup the rollup group and trying to attach to the parent segment, which has child values below it.

But the Group field in KFF Values is not enabled to link the rollup group.

This is the first time we are trying to setup rollup group and rollup group, parent and child values are in same value set.

Please guide us on what we are missing.
