email bursting in EnterpriseOne 9.10 with BI Publisher

Hello,

I am using EnterpriseOne 9.10 with the addin for MS Word for BI Publisher. I am running the report thru Webdv and am producing a successful PDF and source code XML with the appropriate email address and bursting field defined.  I  have set up bursting options although I am getting a communication failure. Our CNC person has made changes to the server jde.ini file. I am not sure what all needs to be changed to allow successful email submission. Can anyone please help. Communication failure is very vague.
