Accidental E-Business Suite password disclosure (Doc ID 1579709.1)

Just posting this because Oracle does not seem to be sending out any sort of alert about it.  Essentially if you applied an apps CPU in the last year application usernames/passwords are being put into FND_LOG_MESSAGES in plain text. 
The only reason I heard about it is a former colleague is the one who brought it to oracles attention.
