Purchasing Contract Terms RTF?

Is there any guidance on creating an RTF template for Contract Terms?  I'm kinda new to creating complex RTF and it looks like this is one of those.  Looks like we need to take into account the Sections, Indentions, Article levels, and Variables.  Anyone know the correct Repeating groups to use to get most of this?
