Defaulting collapsible sections on an E1 page

When creating E1 pages in 9.1, one can create “collapsible” sections. E.g.

 

+section:collapsible:Reports

A    B    C 

+section:collapsible:Apps

D    E    F 

 

However, the default is for the sections to be expanded. Is there a way to make the sections collapsed when the E1 page is first called so that the user could initially see 5 sections which he could then expand instead of seeing 90 “buttons” and the user needing to collapse sections to make things less cluttered?
