Shipping Diagnostics - do you use them?

Hi All,
Would like to know who uses Shipping Diagnostics.  Or did you not even know they existed?  Following is a list of Shipping Diagnostics:

Setup:
* Oracle Shipping Delivery Based General Setup Test Note 732373.1    
     This test will list all Oracle Shipping /Order Management/Inv profiles.

Interface Trip Stop Issues:
* Delivery Details At SHIP LINE Activity In ERROR Status     Note 732363.1    
    This test lists lines where the SHIP_LINE activity is in error.

* Delivery Details Errors Out With Serial Records Missing Note 732360.1
    This test lists Deliveries that fails with "Serial Number" errors.    

* Delivery Details That Are Stuck In MTI     Note 732362.1
    This test will give Delivery Details that are stuck in MTI with error.
