Missing Accrual Entries

Hi All,
Please note that we have an issue with Funds Accrual Engine program creating accruals in Funds Utilization table but no accrual entries have been created in OZF_XLA_ACCRUALS table. Request you to let us know if anyone has come across this scenario and if there is any standard program/script which will help create accrual entries in xla tables for eligible SOs

Request you to respond ASAP as this issue needs to be resolved.
