Unwanted auto reservation for ATO items

Hi Experts,

We are using Depot repair module for managing RMA's.

After an ATO item is entered in a ship line, and booked to order management, the line status some time changes to 'Awaiting Shipping' immediatly instead of 'Supply Eligible'. So, the planners are not able to progress and create production jobs. System has created a reservation the moment the line interfaced to OM.

The BOM: Use Custom Match Function is set to Yes at the site level. It's not set at any of the below levels (Application , Responsibility and User).

Can someone help me understand why this is happening?
