Hi,
Apps 12.1.3

Problem applying  Patch 13931180:R12.PO.B

In the middle of the patch, we had this issue below, in 2 files..

ATTENTION: All workers either have failed or are waiting:

          FAILED: file polkup.ldt   on worker  1.
          FAILED: file posupermenu.ldt on worker  2.


PLS-00201: identifier 'AD_ZD_SEED.MODE_FNDLOAD' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PL/SQL: Statement ignored
