How can I drop an LPN that has been loaded by another user
Hi SMEs
We have WMS 11i and we are facing frequently following issue. Any thought or workaround for this issue would be appreciated. One user picked and loaded the material and forgot to drop it. How can we drop it through other user login.
The status on the control board of this LPN is loaded. We get this condition often, when teh user loades a LPN and forgets to drop it, then goes home for the night. These hold up the shipment, so we are looking for a process to drop these loaded LPN's that have the user that loaded it as the assigned employee on the control board
