Database Extract Job Error

 Dear All,

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.3 Siebel fins application. While running Database extract job I am getting error as "SBL-DBX-00069: Unable to get app server information from db ((null))" with completion code 327749.

Please help me in sort out this.
