R12.1.3 / after applying NLS patch for Arabic some of the forms are not generating

Hi,

I have applied NLS Patch for Arabic language but at the time of generating forms it is giving error
following forms are not generating

The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully:

ap      forms/AR        APXIISIM.fmx
fa      forms/AR        FAXDPRUN.fmx
